伊東豊雄が、台湾の台中市に建設中のオペラハウスにについての展覧会。
会場には、様々な模型、コンペへの提案書、建設現場の写真、映像などが展示されていた。

普段、あまり目にすることのない、巨大建築の基本設計書。会場には、印刷された基本設計書も、自由に閲覧できるようになっていた。

デザインは、先進的だが、やはり、建築現場の雰囲気は、普通の建築現場と変わらないように見える。

このオペラハウスのプロジェクトについては、伊東豊雄がコンペになった頃から知っていた。
その斬新なデザインを見たときに、本当にこれが実現したら凄いことだ、と思った記憶がある。
そして、それが徐々に実現しつつある様子を、間接的ながら目の前にして、灌漑深い思いがした。
