神品至宝 台北国立故宮博物院展(東京国立博物館)

江戸妖怪大図鑑 第1部(浮世絵太田記念美術館)
東京、原宿のど真ん中、ソフトバンクの裏側にひっそりと佇む、浮世絵太田記念美術館。

天下を統一した始皇帝が、全土に作らせた刻石。現在は、2つだけが残っているが、そのうちの1つ、泰山刻石の拓本。
中国の歴史で、初めて統一された文字が、そこには刻まれている。
臣という字は、今では四角い形をしているが、その拓本では、周りの四角は、丸い円のように描かれている。
後漢の時代の、史晨前碑、後碑。上からつぶしたような、横長の個性的な文字が印象的な拓本。

何とも不思議な名前の、東京オペラシティー・アートギャラリーでの展覧会。
岡山に在住する、石川氏のコレクション作品の展示。
会場に入る際に、来場者は、一人の男性から、名前を尋ねられる。すると、その男性が、大きな声で、その名前を叫んでくれる。
何とも気恥ずかしい感じ。
通常は無名のまま、展覧会の会場に入り、作者が明快な作品を鑑賞する。その鑑賞する側の名前を、会場にいる人々に知らせる、という発想がユニーク。
これも、ピエール・ユイグによる”ネーム・アンサー”というれっきとしたアート作品だ。
大きな目玉が、センサーで検知した来場者を見つめ返す、ライアン・ガンダーの”マグナス・オパス(最高傑作)”作品。
ユイグは、身の回りの作品と、それにまつわる自分の文章のプリントを額縁に飾った、”私の作品制作の論理が私自身を追い詰める”というシリーズ作品も展示されていた。
ヤン・ヴォーは、ベトナムに生まれ、デンマークに亡命したアーティスト。
ベトナム戦争に関わる、ケネディやジョンソンなどのアメリカの大統領の書簡を額縁に入れて展示。他にも、ケネディ政権の閣議室のイス、シャンデリアなどが置かれていた。
何かを訴える作品を制作するのではなく、歴史的な物証自身に、物語を語らせている。
